Shipping Methods

– For deliveries within Attica, there is no shipping cost.
– For the rest of Greece, the shipping cost for mattresses, bases, and headboards with dimensions from 080-130 is €25 per piece, and for dimensions from 131-200, it is €35 per piece. For frames, the charge is €30 per piece, and for sleep accessories, the charge is €10.

Returns / Cancellations

Order Cancellation

If the electronic order has been completed but the product has not been shipped, the customer may cancel their order by calling our contact number or sending an email to the company via the contact form or at [email protected], mentioning the order code. For customized or clearly personalized goods, the customer may cancel their order within 24 hours by the above methods.

After Shipment

If for any reason a product does not satisfy you, you may return it and exchange it. According to our return policy, customers may return products and request replacements within 20 days of purchase, only if the products are new, unopened, with untampered packaging, and accompanied by legal documents (receipt, invoice, etc.). In this case, the customer bears the shipping cost for the return and the new item.

Right of Withdrawal (Law 2251/1994)

Beyond the above, the customer has the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 calendar days without explanation, and return the purchased products for a refund—only if they are new, unopened, with intact packaging and accompanied by legal documents. The withdrawal period ends 14 calendar days from the day after delivery to the customer or a third party designated by the customer.

Effects of Withdrawal

If the customer withdraws from the contract, the company will refund all received payments (excluding delivery costs) without undue delay and within 14 calendar days from the day it is informed of the decision. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed, and no fees will be charged for the refund.

The company may withhold the refund until it has received the goods back or the customer provides proof of return—whichever comes first.

The customer must return the goods without undue delay and within 14 calendar days from the day of declaring withdrawal. The deadline is met if the goods are sent back before the 14-day period ends.

In case of withdrawal, the customer bears the return shipping cost, except for returns to a physical store or in cases where the company is at fault (e.g., wrong or defective products). In such cases, the company covers the transport cost.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal / Return

The above rights do not apply in the following cases:
– Supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized goods
– Supply of sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery (e.g., pillows, covers, toppers, accessories)
– Supply of goods which by their nature are inseparably mixed or connected with other items
– Custom bed sizes and fabric selections

Seller’s Responsibility for Defects or Lack of Agreed Qualities

In all cases, the company is liable for actual defects or lack of agreed properties under Greek Civil Code provisions (Art. 534 ff.). These rights expire two years after the contract is concluded.
