Deliveries within Attica

  • Deliveries are made Monday – Friday, 12 PM – 6 PM.
  • You can also pick up your order for free from the Dunlopillo factory in Keratea, by appointment.
  • Customers can pick up sleep accessories (pillows, duvets, covers) for free from one of the following stores within Attica:
    1. N. Psychiko – Mesogeion Ave. 233, Athens, Attica
    2. Alimos – Alimos Ave. 87 & Pavlou Megarou, Athens, Attica
    3. Nea Erythraia – Eleftheriou Venizelou 173, Athens, Attica
    4. Chalandri – Kifisias Ave. 353, Athens, Attica
    5. Vrilissia – Pentelis Ave. 41, Athens, Attica

Delivery Methods:

Applies to all products:

  • Delivery by company-owned trucks or courier, depending on the product.
  • Assembly by technicians (only for mattresses, toppers, bed bases, frames & beds).
  • Shipping Costs:
    1. For purchases of 300€ and above: Free shipping.
    2. For purchases under 300€: +10€ shipping (added to cart).

Deliveries outside Attica

  • Mattresses, toppers, beds & bed bases:
    1. Dimensions 080–130 cm → 25€/item.
    2. Dimensions 131–200 cm → 35€/item.
  • Frames: €30/item
  • Sleep accessories (pillows, duvets, protective covers): 15€.
  • Delivery is made by a shipping company to the agency’s warehouse. From the agency’s warehouse to the delivery address, transport costs are borne exclusively by the customer, as the cost of transport from the local agency to the final destination cannot be determined in advance.

Important:

  • For purchases of 400€ and above, all products are shipped free of charge. From the agency’s warehouse to the delivery address, transport costs are borne exclusively by the customer, as the cost of transport from the local agency to the final destination cannot be determined in advance.
  • For purchases under 400€, shipping costs are charged based on the product with the highest shipping fee, and the corresponding amount is added to the cart total. In addition, transportation costs from the agency to the delivery address are charged, as the cost of transportation from the local agency to the final destination cannot be determined in advance.
